Blanco or Reposado Paloma

  • 2 ounces Blanco or Reposado Tequila 
  • 2 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice or Squirt or Fresca 
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

Reposado or Añejo Old Fashioned

  • 1.5 ounces of Reposado or Añejo Tequila. Mezcal used as an alternative.
  • 1/4 ounce Agave Nectar
    2 Dashes of your favorite Bitters
  • Ice - as much or little as you want or serve neat
  • Garnish with Orange wedge 


Reposado or Añejo Manhattan

  • 2 ounces Reposado or Añejo Tequila. Mezcal used as an alternative.
  • 1 ounce of sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Ice - as much or little as you want or serve neat 
  • Garnish inside the glass with artisan cocktail cherry 
  • Garnish with lime twist


Blanco or Reposado Ranch Water

  • 1 1/2 ounces Blanco or Reposado Tequila. Mezcal used as an alternative.
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 4 - 6 ounces of Topo Chico or another brand 
  • Ice - as much or little as you want
  • Garnish with a lime wedge
